Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Receptionist to join our expanding healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations within the medical facility and enhancing patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting patients and visitors in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Answering telephone and online enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Booking, cancelling, and managing appointments using our clinical system
  • Handling prescription requests and other patient documentation
  • Supporting the team with general administrative duties
  • Maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding patient information at all times

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous medical reception experience preferred
  • Previous SystemOne experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Confident using computers and office systems (training provided on clinical software)
  • Friendly, calm, and professional under pressure
