Painter Decorator (Falcon Street, Loughborough LE11 1EH)

Preci-Spark Ltd is looking to recruit an experienced Painter Decorator to join our small maintenance team covering north Leicestershire. The role will primarily involve painting and decorating factories, offices and domestic houses.
What the company will offer:
- £13.00 to £15.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Permanent contract of employment.
- Mileage paid at £0.45 per mile.
- Day shift (37 hours): Monday to Thursday: 0745 to 1630 with 30 minutes for lunch. Friday 0745 to 1145.
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
- On site parking.

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Painting and decorating factories and offices internally and externally.
- Painting and decorating domestic houses.
- All methods required for cleaning, preparing, painting, wallpapering.
- Appropriate time is given to achieve a very high standard of work in all areas.
- Locations are all in the North of Leicestershire, from Bardon Hill industrial estate in the West to Tilton on the Hill in the East.
- Health, safety and environment compliance.
Requirements for the position:
- A minimum of 5 years experience
- Formal qualifications ("skilled")
- Self-starter: able to work on your own unsupervised
- Driving licence and your own transport
- Working at height training, but this can be provided
- An eye for detail
- Tidy and thorough
- High standard of finishing and cutting in.
