Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as Waiting Staff and become the heart of our guest experience! In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a friendly demeanor
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
  • Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
  • Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns proactively
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
  • Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including daily specials and dietary options
  • Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper handling, serving, and sanitation procedures
  • Assist in basic food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods
  • Manage time efficiently to serve multiple tables seamlessly while providing attentive guest service

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
  • Strong knowledge of serving techniques, food safety standards, and guest service principles
  • Ability to perform basic math for handling bills, payments, and order accuracy
  • Familiarity with food preparation or kitchen experience is a plus for supporting team operations
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy hours
  • Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences with a positive attitude
  • Good communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members effectively
