Full job description

We offer free gym and swimming pool use to all our team members, up to 50% off food and 10% off drinks, the chance to see some fantastic entertainment plus signing on bonus for referring a friend to join the team.

As a family owned business we have been welcoming guests and visitors to our parks since 1958. We operate eight holiday and leisure parks in the UK, each based in an enviable location on the stunning South Coast.

Working at Oakdene Forest Park, you’ll have daily contact with our holiday makers and owners. As the first person they’ll meet on their holiday, you’ll give them a fantastic start to their break.

You’ll ensure all their needs are met and concerns are dealt with efficiently and effectively, using your high standard of customer service skills.

We are looking for someone who is outgoing, with a sunny personality who enjoys helping customers.

You’ll be working with other team members to ensure a smooth running operation. You’ll be comfortable communicating on all levels with a diverse range of guests. On occasion, after full training, lone working will be required.

This is a permanent fulltime position (37.5 hours per week) which will include evenings and weekend working

Requirements:

  • IT literate – although training is given, basic IT skills are required
  • Good communication skills
  • Well presented
