Are you naturally curious and motivated by using data to influence real business decisions?

Reassured is looking for a commercially minded People Insight & Intelligence Partner to join Team People. This role sits at the centre of how we understand our people, turning data into meaningful insight that shapes decisions, improves colleague experience, and drives organisational effectiveness.

If you enjoy spotting patterns, asking “why?”, and using data to tell a story and influence outcomes, you’ll fit right in.

What you will be doing:

  • Partnering with stakeholders across Team People to understand priorities, challenges and opportunities
  • Analysing people data to identify trends, patterns and underlying drivers across the colleague lifecycle
  • Turning complex data into clear, relevant insight that supports decision making
  • Producing regular insight that supports senior discussions and wider people strategy
  • Developing dashboards and visualisations that make data easy to access and understand
  • Moving reporting from reactive outputs to more proactive and forward-looking insight
  • Supporting workforce planning through headcount, attrition and trend analysis
  • Identifying risks, opportunities and areas for improvement, with clear recommendations
  • Supporting people initiatives and transformation activity through data and insight
  • Improving reporting processes through automation and smarter ways of working
  • Working with systems and external partners to enhance reporting capability
  • Ensuring data accuracy, consistency and appropriate governance

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in analytics, insight or data-focused roles (people/HR data is advantageous but not essential)
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret and contextualise data
  • Confidence working with stakeholders and communicating insight clearly
  • Experience building dashboards and working with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)
  • Advanced Excel and strong overall data literacy
  • Ability to translate complex information into simple, actionable outputs
  • A proactive and curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with people or workforce data
  • Experience in a fast-paced or commercial environment
  • Exposure to data automation or process improvement

Why Reassured?

What you do at Reassured matters. You’ll be part of a successful, growing business where your work directly influences how we understand and support our people.

We value curiosity, insight and fresh thinking, and you’ll have the opportunity to shape how data is used across Team People.

Benefits include:
