Service Pest Technician

Pest Control - North & South Yorkshire, Durham, Northumberland £27,000 Basic with OTE in the region of £28,000 & £32,000

Overview:
Key West Pest control (Midlands) is recruiting it's ever growing control company. Due to demand we are looking for driven and skilled technicians to join our rapidly growing team to cover the North of England covering, North & South Yorkshire, Durham, Northumberland

Responsibilities:
As a Pest Control Technician, you will visit customers and provide a full range of services to address their pest control/Maintenance needs and challenges.
The key responsibilities of the role is to deliver a high level pest control service to our customers ensuring you are customer focused at all times.

This will involve:

Building rapport

Using initiative
Servicing customer sites on a regular basis
Possession of a full driving license
The ability to work alone

Duties within this role will involve identifying different pest types and determining the best course of removal and prevention
Be confident in dealing with clients at all levels be of smart appearance and polite
Will have to be prepared to work long hours sometimes, occasionally early OOH.

Experience:
Must have experience in the Pest Control industry
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work to own initiative and as part of a team Strong problem solving skills
Able to advise clients regarding all aspects of pest control be literate, keep good records, and be able to organise their days efficiently
