Client Services Executive

Location: Bicester

Pay Rate: £14.41 per hour

Working Hours: 08:00–16:00, 37.5 hours per week

Expected Start Date: 21 September 2026

Job Type: Full-time (Fixed Term Contract)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Client Services Executive to join our Commercial Services team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused professional with experience in customer service, account management, logistics or supply chain.

As a Client Services Executive, you will be responsible for building strong working relationships with clients and ensuring their accounts run smoothly and efficiently across all areas of the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and respond to client requests in line with agreed SLAs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Maintain the Client Services database.

Process, check and manage orders using the GDS system, including EDI releases where required.

Coordinate special packaging requirements and liaise with internal teams to ensure stock and parts are available when needed.

Obtain and manage New Release and Campaign forecasts from clients.

Monitor stock levels and orders to support call-offs, early deliveries and Irish orders.

Manage the New Release call-off process alongside Planning and Operations.

Produce and support monthly KPI reporting.

Manage client requests relating to scrapping, returns and return-to-vendor services.

Attend and facilitate regular internal and client meetings and conference calls.

Work collaboratively across the Commercial Services team to ensure client requirements are met.

Provide holiday cover and support other members of the team where required.

Support Direct to Consumer (DTC) clients where required.

Take ownership of ad hoc duties and demonstrate independent decision-making.

Adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

Previous experience in customer service or account management.

Previous experience within a logistics or supply chain environment.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

A proactive, customer-focused approach.

The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Confidence to work independently and make decisions when required.

Experience with the GDS system would be advantageous, although training will be provided.

Pay: £14.41 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
