Server - St Vincent

We have an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic, Hospitality driven Servers to join the 21 Hospitality Group at our wine bar/restaurant, St Vincent, on Newcastle's Quayside in both full and part time roles.

About St. Vincent

Wine Bar / Restaurant on Newcastle’s Quayside.

St. Vincent is intimate with something of a ‘lived in’ vibe. Wine is very much at the heart of St Vincent, sometimes classic – though not always familiar – the wines are mainly from small independent, producers, chosen purely and simply because we like them.

The food is all about the simple things done well, offered from a small, daily changing menu. Dishes are fiercely seasonal and very much ingredient focussed, inspired by the neighbourhood bars and restaurants we found (and loved) during our travels through Southern France and Italy.

Our Company

Saint Vincent is part of the 21 Hospitality Group who have been operating acclaimed restaurants in and around Newcastle for over 38 years and we have gained an excellent reputation for producing great food for our loyal customer base.

You will be working within a well-established Front of House team who provide a very consistent product to a high standard each day. All our dishes are skilfully prepared using the freshest seasonal ingredients available.

The Person

As a Server you will work closely with the management team, you will assist with the day-to-day procedures of the restaurant and have excellent opportunity for personal development. You will receive comprehensive menu and service training

The successful candidate will have,
