We’re looking for a Front of House Star to join the team at The Courtyard by Savva. Someone who genuinely loves hospitality, enjoys looking after people and understands that the smallest details can make the biggest difference to a guest’s experience.

This is a varied role working across our café, restaurant and bar, with opportunities to get involved in our growing programme of events. Whether you’re welcoming guests, serving great coffee, delivering food, preparing drinks or helping bring an event to life, we want someone who takes pride in what they do and genuinely cares about creating memorable experiences.

Previous barista experience and latte art skills are a bonus, but attitude, personality and a passion for hospitality matter far more than a perfect CV. We can teach skills to the right person; what matters is that you bring enthusiasm, initiative, a willingness to learn and a genuine desire to make people feel welcome.

The Role

• Deliver warm, attentive and genuinely personal service, making every guest feel welcome and looked after.
• Work across our café, restaurant and bar, supporting the team wherever needed.
• Prepare and serve coffee, hot and cold drinks, food and other menu items to a consistently high standard.
• Pay attention to the little things, from the presentation of a dish to the cleanliness of a table, anticipating what guests might need before they have to ask.
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation, organisation and food safety throughout the venue.
• Work proactively, keeping yourself and others productive and ensuring the venue is always ready for guests.
• Support our events programme, helping deliver everything from intimate supper clubs to larger events and private functions.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team, communicating clearly, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive working environment.
• Take ownership of your responsibilities, use your initiative and look for ways to improve the guest experience.
• Embrace opportunities to learn, develop your skills and take on additional responsibilities as you grow within the business.

• Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• An interest in developing your skills across different areas of hospitality, particularly events.

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 37.5 per week
