Assistant General Manager – Bar82

Join the team at Bar82 as our Assistant General Manager

Are you passionate about cocktails, premium drinks, and creating exceptional guest experiences? We're looking for an energetic and driven Assistant General Manager to support the day-to-day operations of Bar82 and help lead our team to success.

What You'll Do

  • Support the General Manager in overseeing daily venue operations.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop front-of-house teams.
  • Maintain outstanding customer service standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and memorable experiences.
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and company procedures.
  • Help create a positive, high-performance culture within the venue.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous management or supervisory experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
  • A genuine passion for cocktails, spirits, wines, and the drinks industry.
  • Strong knowledge of beverage trends and cocktail culture.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Commercial awareness with a hands-on approach to operations.
  • Personal Licence holder (desirable but not essential).
