Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Bars Supervisor to join the team at this fabulous and well-established hotel.

The Park Hotel is situated next to Kilmarnock Football Club in Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire.

The Hotel features 50 well-appointed guest bedrooms, on-site restaurant, bar, and coffee shop. We also boost one of Ayrshire’s largest meeting and event space with functions between 2-500.

The Bars Supervisor will be required to assist the Bar Manager to manage all aspects of the three hotel bars. Your objective will be to ensure excellent guest-satisfaction by approaching all tasks with a “hands-on” approach.

The successful candidate must have bar service experience. Supervisory experience an advantage but nit essential.
