Job Summary:
The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for supervising restaurant staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and supporting daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff during shifts
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
  • Assist with staff training and onboarding
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
  • Monitor food quality and service standards
  • Manage shift schedules and staff attendance
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Support inventory control and stock management
  • Assist management with opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service
