Cocktail Bar Person - Porterhouse Grill - 21 Hospitality (Day-time hours only)

We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Cocktail Bar Person to join 21 Hospitality at our restaurant, Porterhouse Grill, within Fenwick Department Store.

Our Company

21 Hospitality has been operating restaurants for the past 38 years and we have gained an excellent reputation for producing great food for our loyal customer base.

You will be part of a team working with an established group of 160 employees across the group, providing a consistent product to an exceptional level each day, serving guests in a comfortable environment to an exacting standard.

The Person

The individual we are seeking would be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the bar including; helping to strengthen our current team, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, strict stock control and rotation, and contributing to driving profitability whilst efficiently maintaining the brand’s standards and reputation.

As a Cocktail Bar Person, you will work closely with the management team, you will assist with the day-to-day procedures of the restaurant and have excellent opportunity for personal development. You will receive comprehensive menu and food service training.

We expect this person to be immaculately presented, enthusiastic, thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment whilst being restaurant savvy. A team player and trainer that is able to show initiative when required. Someone that is fully versed in classic cocktails as well as being forward-thinking, possessing strong communication skills, have the ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure. Most importantly the ideal candidate will make a lasting connection with our customers.

A genuine commitment to providing excellent hospitality is an absolute must. Experience working in a bar role in a restaurant would be extremely beneficial. However, we will consider applications from individuals who have extensive cocktail bar experience.
