We are delighted to announce the opening of our brand-new Barbour/luxuary brand and Cashmere store in Edinburgh and are looking for a passionate, customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a love for premium fashion and luxury retail to work with globally recognised brands in a beautifully curated store environment. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, personable, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a premium and personalised shopping experience for every customer
  • Build strong product knowledge across Barbour, Cashmere, and other premium brands
  • Support the day-to-day running of the store
  • Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards
  • Assist with stock replenishment and inventory organisation
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Support store targets and contribute to driving sales performance
  • Ensure the store remains clean, organised, and welcoming at all times
  • Work in line with brand standards and company guidelines
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in retail or luxury/premium customer service preferred
