Job Description: Manager

The Spa & Massage Manager plays a vital role in ensuring our services consistently meet the high standards and policies our customers expect. This includes maintaining excellence in customer service, managing bookings, and upholding therapist performance standards.

In addition, the manager oversees essential clinic operations, including placing orders, scheduling therapists, and managing reception activities.

Ultimately, the Spa Manager's primary focus is driving sales. This is achieved through strong salesmanship and by ensuring that all service operations are consistently delivered to an exceptional standard.

Part Time

Choice of 3 or 4 days per Week.

3 days (21 hours)

4 Days (28 hours)

Evening Shifts 3.30pm-10.30pm

PAY

First Month £13 per hour

Second Month £16 per hour

Month Six £18 per hour

Principle duties include:

• Providing excellent service to members/guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting guests upon arrival and selling gift vouchers and packages
• Manage a professional front desk and reception area.
• Manage administrative tasks scheduling Reception, Scheduling Therapists, placing orders.
• Create excellent experience for guests through friendly and helpful attitude.
• Help maintain cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas and store room(s).
• Check Companies Technical Standards, to ensure consistent standards.
• Drive Sales
• Manage therapists
