Join Our Team
The Business Support Team provides extensive administrative support across Southgate School. In this role, you will use your skills and expertise to help develop and maintain effective processes that meet the changing needs of the school.
You will provide essential administrative support to the Pastoral and Intervention Team and be responsible for managing pupil information from the point it is received by the school. This includes recording information accurately within relevant systems, sharing information with class teams and ensuring key documents, such as care plans and behaviour support plans, are accessible when needed.
You will work closely with the Designated Safeguarding Lead and the Designated Teacher for Children Looked After to ensure pupil information is accurate, up to date and that appropriate funding and support arrangements are in place.
