What will you do?
As an Apprenticeship Coach, you’ll be at the heart of what we do - empowering adult learners to thrive. You’ll support and inspire individuals undertaking a variety of Apprenticeships with a strong focus on Management and AI; helping them to grow in confidence, capability, and career progression.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing a caseload of approximately 50 adult learners
- Supporting learners to successfully complete their programmes on time through tailored coaching and feedback.
- Maintaining accurate learner records via our LMS, Aptem.
- Adapting and personalising the learning journey to suit individual learner needs.
- Providing motivational, developmental written and verbal feedback.
- Preparing learners for End Point Assessment (EPA) and ensuring readiness.

About you…
We’re looking for someone who is not only qualified and experienced but deeply passionate about lifelong learning and learner success.
You’ll ideally have:

- Proven experience as an assessor/coach, ideally within Apprenticeships.
- Strong commercial background, preferably in a leadership or management role.
- CAVA, AET, PGCE, or equivalent teaching/assessing qualifications.
- Confidence in delivering developmental feedback and personalising learning journeys.
- A natural curiosity and genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning.
- A professional, empathetic, and supportive approach to coaching.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to manage change effectively
