Full job description

We are looking for a confident, customer‑focused Sales Assistant .

Key Responsibilitie

  • Serve customers and offer knowledgeable, attentive assistance
  • Handle customer queries in a calm and professional manner
  • Process deliveries to departmental standards
  • Support stock replenishment and assist with stock counts
  • Complete basic administrative tasks using Excel and Word
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and maintain a well‑presented department
  • Assist with stocktaking
  • Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year retail experience — essential for understanding the pace and expectations of the role
  • Fully flexible availability — able to work any day between 9:00am and 5:30pm
  • Ability to work three 5‑hour shifts per week, including regular Saturdays
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A positive, proactive attitude
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Comfortable lifting boxes of clothing
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to the pace and changing needs of the department
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Bra fitting experience preferred (training can be provided)

This position is subject to references. References will be requested prior to appointment.
