Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and committed to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in meal preparation and ensuring that all food safety standards are met while contributing to a positive kitchen atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and seasoning.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring all cooking areas are tidy and well-stocked.
  • Follow food safety guidelines to ensure that all meals are prepared in a safe and hygienic manner.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
  • Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety protocols.
