We’re looking for a skilled Marketing & Design Lead to join one of our prestigious clients innovative marketing team based near Keele!

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where your skills and expertise will help shape and lead a forward-thinking marketing team. You’ll bring your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, and Magento 2 to the table, while taking charge of developing marketing strategies, executing campaigns, managing budgets, and leading a team toward success.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop marketing strategies with a strong understanding of B2B marketing and performance analysis
• Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maintaining brand consistency
• Organise and manage events and exhibitions, ensuring they are impactful and well-executed
• Oversee marketing budgets and lead the marketing team
• Create engaging content both online and offline, delivering key messages in an effective manner
• Design captivating visual content for social media, websites, print ads, and more using Adobe Creative Suite and Illustrator
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and strategies for continuous improvement

Hours

Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (flexible)

Pay

£25,000 - £29,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Skills/Experience Required

• Strong working knowledge of Magento 2 and marketing automation tools
• Proficient with web analytics tools
• Deep understanding of marketing strategies, particularly in a B2B environment
• Proven experience in marketing roles with a focus on creativity and execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• A creative team player with an eye for design
