OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The purpose of the Admin/FOH role is to seamlessly deal with incoming calls & emails alongside managing a busy front of house with ease without compromising on providing excellence in customer service. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, take pride in their work, have a willingness to learn and be an exceptional multi-tasker.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The candidate must have a positive attitude to sales and customer service and the ability to work in a pressurised environment. The role will require the candidate to:

  • Dealing with phone and email enquiries, directing calls to the relevant person.
  • Process incoming sales orders, design and quotation requests and enquiries.
  • Co-ordinate the invoicing and dispatch of orders.
  • Maintain orderly records of all quotations and orders received via phone or email.
  • Support the showroom and external sales team.
  • Arrange Bank lodgements for payments received, updating daily cash sheets, logging aftersales.
  • Organising, maintaining, and processing bills, contracts, job sheets, risk assessments & leaflets.
  • All other general admin duties as required.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years’ experience in an administration role.
  • Self-motivated, with an ability to work as part of the internal team.
  • Strong administration, organisational and communication skills.
  • IT skills associated with Microsoft excel packages (word and excel).
