About Us

We are a growing business-to-business technology provider, delivering IT support, cybersecurity, and managed print solutions to organisations across the UK. We work exclusively with businesses and charities and are known for our hands-on support, straight-talking advice, and long-term partnerships.

As demand for our IT support services continues to grow, we are looking to appoint an IT Support & Print Solutions Representative to strengthen our team.

The Role

This role is focused primarily on IT support and managed IT services, acting as a trusted advisor to organisations looking to improve reliability, security, and day-to-day IT performance.

You will work with new and existing clients to understand their IT environment, identify risks and opportunities, and propose support, security, and infrastructure solutions that genuinely add value.

Managed print and copier solutions form part of the wider offering, but IT support is the core focus of this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • IT support and managed IT services
  • Cybersecurity solutions (backup, antivirus, email security, etc.)
  • Cloud services and infrastructure
  • Managed print solutions (secondary)
  • Conduct IT assessments and client consultations
  • Build and manage a portfolio of business customers
  • Produce accurate proposals and service recommendations
  • Work closely with engineers and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Represent the business professionally at meetings and site visits

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Experience in account management within IT, MSP, or technology services
  • Strong understanding of IT support concepts (helpdesk, SLAs, security, backups, cloud)
  • Confident and professional when engaging with business customers
  • Organised, self-motivated, and commercially aware
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience working with an MS365 or IT support provider
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity products and best practice
  • Experience with SMEs or charities

What We Offer

  • Competitive basic salary
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Full product and technical training
  • Ongoing support from experienced IT engineers
  • Clear progression opportunities as the IT division grows
  • Friendly, supportive, no-nonsense working culture

Why Join Us?

We focus on doing IT properly - preventative support, honest advice, and real accountability. This role suits someone who wants to sell solutions that genuinely help businesses, backed by a team that delivers what’s promised.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
