About us

Seen Connects is a leading influencer marketing agency established in 2016 and driven by a purpose to create cultural relevance and meaningful impact for our clients, through the power of human connection. The primary services we offer are brand and social strategy, organic influencer campaigns, influencer-led paid social and social media management.

We are part of Captivate Group and within this we have three sister agencies; Seen Presents, Seen Studios and Stir.

About the role:

We’re looking for a strategic and results driven Senior Campaign Manager to help us run influencer marketing campaigns across one of our key clients. This role blends operational excellence and attention to detail with creative problem solving, leadership, and relationship building. You’ll manage multiple campaigns end to end, ensure our high standards are always met, mentor junior team members, oversee performance and reporting, and contribute to agency growth through innovation and best practice.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Leadership & Execution

  • Lead the delivery of multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously, ensuring they run on time, within budget and exceed client expectations.
  • Oversee influencer identification, negotiation, contracting, logistics, briefing and activation.
  • Troubleshoot campaign challenges quickly and escalate issues when necessary.

Team Management & Development

  • Manage, mentor and upskill junior campaign team members, ensuring that processes are being adhered to and that we are always doing our best work
  • Champion a collaborative and supportive team culture, driving high performance.

Data, Insights & Reporting

  • Approve and sense-check deliverables before client submission.
  • Guide reporting best practice and help improve reporting templates across Excel and Sheets.
  • Present campaign insights and recommendations confidently to clients.
  • Guiding the team on pulling together data requests from the client, to feed into econometric modelling

Tool & Platform Management

  • Champion our influencer platform (Captiv8) alongside our other Senior Campaign Managers, supporting adoption and helping to resolve any issues.

Client Engagement & Growth

  • Build strong relationships with clients and talent partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and upsell opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional service and retain long-term partnerships.
  • Support new business efforts through pitch contributions and campaign insights.

Operational Excellence

  • Help manage budget tracking across the account and regularly report spends to our finance team.
  • Identify ways to improve campaign processes, data hygiene, and delivery as the agency scales.
  • Collaborate across departments (Strategy, Accounts, Paid Media) to deliver fully integrated campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem, from creator platforms to paid amplification.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience line-managing junior members of staff.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data and turn them into actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with confidence presenting to clients and partners.
  • Experience using influencer campaign management platforms (e.g., Captiv8, CreatorIQ, Tagger).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns while maintaining high quality output.
  • A passion for staying ahead of industry trends and sharing insights across the agency.
  • Pitch experience is a bonus, comfortable contributing ideas and presenting in a new business context.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a desire to continuously improve.
