The Position

Are you a leader with a proven background in sales?

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an individual with showroom / retail management experience, or someone with a strong background in bathroom & tile sales looking to take the next step in their career.

Assisting with the running our showroom, you will be a vigorous brand advocate to be able to successfully represent our company’s core values whilst demonstrating excellent leadership qualities.

You will be responsible for a range of duties including assisting in managing the sales team, looking after and growing our trade base and designing bathroom layouts. You will undertake a range of administration tasks and stock management, so systems knowledge would be an advantage but full training will be given.

Duties will include:

  • Retail and Trade customer sales
  • High level of customer focus providing world class service
  • Order and payment processing
  • Designing bathroom layouts using specialist CAD software
  • General stock control including lifting and handling stock
  • Effective managing a team

As Assistant Showroom Manager you will:

  • Lead by example and possess strong leadership skills.
  • Have proven background in retail sales.
  • Ensure exceptional standards are always maintained.
  • Experience of MS Tools
  • A flexible approach to work and a desire to grow within a successful business.

Salary

Assistant Showroom Manager:

  • Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission
  • Pay Rate - £27,500.
