For a job centred in care, they don't care about their employees

The service users are great. Besides a few people here and there, your fellow support workers are good honest people. Management doesn't care about you. Not paid enough for what you do, can get trapped working when you can't, CEO is awful and will make your life harder. Luckily, you can ignore all...Show more
