Location: Warrington and Leigh

Salary: £40-50k per annum (dependent on experience)

Contract: Full-time (40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as required)

About Us

We are a fast-growing e-commerce group specialising in beauty, nutrition, and FMCG products. As our TikTok Shop business continues to expand, we are building a dedicated team of talented E-commerce Live Presenters to drive engagement and sales. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment & Talent Manager to lead the recruitment, workforce planning, scheduling, attendance management, and day-to-day leadership of our presenter team, ensuring the business is always appropriately resourced to deliver a successful live selling programme.

Role Overview

As the Recruitment & Talent Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and developing a high-performing team of E-commerce Live Presenters. You will have full ownership of workforce planning, staff rotas, attendance, and resource management, ensuring all live sessions are appropriately staffed while maintaining high standards of punctuality, performance, and accountability.

Working closely with the Retail, Marketing, and HR teams, you will ensure presenter availability aligns with commercial priorities, promotional campaigns, and business demand while building a motivated, reliable, and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, and hire E-commerce Live Presenters across multiple product categories.
  • Develop an ongoing talent pipeline through job boards, recruitment agencies, social media, networking, and industry contacts.
  • Manage the onboarding process, ensuring all new starters receive the necessary training and support.
  • Take full ownership of presenter rotas, ensuring appropriate staffing levels across all live sessions, including evenings and weekends.
  • Plan, publish, and maintain rotas in advance while effectively managing annual leave requests, sickness absence, shift swaps, overtime, and last-minute cover.
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, and overall reliability, proactively addressing attendance issues and ensuring rota compliance.
  • Ensure all scheduled live sessions are fully staffed, arranging cover where required to minimise disruption to the live commerce schedule.
  • Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, probation reviews, and performance evaluations.
  • Work closely with the Retail and Marketing teams to align presenter availability with promotional campaigns, product launches, and peak trading periods.
  • Monitor presenter KPIs, attendance, punctuality, engagement, and commercial performance, implementing coaching and performance improvement plans where required.
  • Lead day-to-day people management for the presenter team, including employee relations, wellbeing, disciplinary processes, absence management, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment legislation, Working Time Regulations, and health and safety requirements.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, recruitment documentation, rota records, and attendance reporting.
  • Continuously review recruitment, scheduling, and workforce planning processes to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and employee engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or people management.
  • Experience recruiting and managing customer-facing teams, ideally within retail, hospitality, media, or live commerce.
  • Proven experience managing staff rotas, attendance, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident conducting interviews, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Strong understanding of employment best practices, absence management, and HR processes.
  • Ability to make confident staffing decisions and respond quickly to operational changes.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with TikTok Live, social media creators, or live commerce is advantageous but not essential.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to help build and lead a fast-growing live commerce team.
  • A dynamic and entrepreneurial working environment.
  • Ongoing training and professional development.
  • Career progression opportunities within a rapidly expanding business.
  • Employee discounts across our brands.
  • A supportive and collaborative team culture.

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Casual dress
  • Free parking
  • On-site parking
