Full job description

Salt is the ultimate waterside dining destination. Situated in the heart of Portland Marina, with unparalleled waterfront views across to the Jurassic coast.

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in the success of our kitchen operation. Your primary duties will include preparing food before meal service begins, setting up, stocking and cleaning kitchen stations, and plating cooked foods.

We are looking for someone with a strong culinary background who takes pride in their work, enjoys working as part of a team and is motivated to develop their skills and career. If you are hardworking, reliable and passionate about producing great food, we would love to hear from you.

Hours of work expected to be 25-30 per week to include weekends and bank holidays.

The maximum hourly rate includes a share of the service charge.

Pay: £13.50-£16.00 per hour
