About Us

Anglian Hospitality is a new hospitality business being established by two experienced operators with extensive backgrounds across pubs, restaurants and hotels. We are currently recruiting for an exciting family-focused pub venue in Cromer and are looking for enthusiastic individuals who share our passion for outstanding hospitality and exceptional customer service.

The Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you will help create memorable experiences for our guests through warm, attentive and professional service.

Duties may include:

  • Welcoming and serving guests
  • Taking food and drink orders
  • Processing payments
  • Assisting with guest enquiries
  • Promoting menu items, specials and events
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Opening and closing duties
  • Stock replenishment and preparation of service areas
  • Working closely with colleagues to deliver excellent service
  • Following food safety and health & safety procedures
