Full job description

Net World Sports is seeking a driven and hands-on Videographer to elevate our product and brand storytelling. You’ll work across departments, planning, filming, and editing standout video content that captivates audiences and drives sales. From on-location shoots to post-production and everything in between, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced environment where your creativity and technical expertise will shine.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Concept & Shoot – Plan, conceptualize, and produce engaging short-form videos that showcase key product features and benefits.
  • Pre-Production Logistics – Manage storyboarding, product selection, and location scouting, making sure everything needed for each shoot is ready.
  • Transport & Setup – Collect products from the warehouse, load them into a van, and set up camera, lighting, and audio equipment on location.
  • Camera Operation – Capture high-quality footage in the studio and on location using Sony FX3 or similar camera equipment.
  • Talent Direction – Direct team members or on-camera talent to achieve natural, engaging, and effective video content.
  • Product Interaction – Work hands-on with our wide product range, developing an understanding of each product’s design, functionality, and key selling points.
  • Editing & Post-Production – Create polished, on-brand final content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition.
  • AI Video Content – Produce engaging AI-generated videos for product listings, marketing campaigns, and social content, while keeping up with the latest developments in AI technology.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration – Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Photography, and Product teams to ensure video content supports campaign and e-commerce objectives.
  • Multiple Project Management – Manage and prioritize several projects at once while delivering content against fast-paced e-commerce deadlines.
  • Brand Consistency – Ensure a consistent visual style across all video content, responding to feedback to improve messaging and creative execution.
  • Innovation & Upkeep – Keep up with industry trends, new camera technology, and editing techniques to continually improve video quality and standards.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Technical Proficiency – Demonstrable experience using cameras, ideally the Sony FX3, alongside professional lighting and audio equipment.
  • Adobe Expertise – Strong working knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition for producing professional-quality video content.
  • AI Technology – Knowledge of using and prompting current AI models such as Kling, Seedance, Veo, and Nano Banana Pro for video generation.
  • Hands-On Mentality – Confident moving and lifting equipment, preparing shoots, solving logistical challenges, and getting hands-on with a wide variety of products.
  • Driving License – A full driving license is essential, with previous van-driving experience considered an advantage.
  • Collaborative Spirit – Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams and clearly communicate creative ideas.
  • E-Commerce Savvy – An understanding of how video content can increase online sales, strengthen brand awareness, and improve customer engagement within a leading sports environment.
  • Creative Eye – A strong understanding of composition, visual storytelling, and pacing, combined with a desire to continually develop creative standards.
  • Organization & Efficiency – Able to manage multiple projects effectively, work to deadlines, and maintain an organized and efficient workflow.
  • Growth Mindset – Keen to develop new skills, explore tools such as Blender or KeyShot, experiment with drones, and embrace new creative techniques.
