Manufacturing Operatives (Processing Department)

6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am, working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (2 days followed by 2 nights)

Llangefni, Anglesey

£17.26 per hour inclusive of unsocial hours premium

Permanent - 3 roles available.

About the Role

We're looking for 3 enthusiastic Manufacturing Operatives to join our Processing Department and play a key part in the next chapter of our growth. Reporting to the Team Leader/Cell Lead, you'll work as part of a committed and supportive team to keep our operation running smoothly, safely and efficiently.

This role isn't just about keeping production moving-it's about helping us deliver on our Good to Great by 2028 strategy. That means continually improving the way we work, strengthening our quality culture, and making sure every product that leaves our site represents the very best of what we do.
