Engineering Lecturer

Full-Time or Part-Time (Minimum 20 Hours Per Week)

Salary: £45,000-£52,000 (Pro Rata)

East Kilbride Group Training Association (EKGTA) has been developing engineering talent for more than 60 years and is recognised as one of Scotland's leading engineering training providers.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Educator to join our Academy team and deliver academic qualifications up to NC / HNC level.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with motivated learners in a specialist engineering training environment, helping them develop the knowledge, skills and confidence required for successful careers in engineering. This is your chance to join a small team and have a real say in all aspects of the delivery without the burden of endless bureaucracy.

About the Role

You will plan, prepare and deliver engaging learning experiences across a range of engineering subjects, supporting learners studying National Certificate (NC) and Higher National Certificate (HNC) qualifications.

Working closely with colleagues across our training and apprenticeship programmes, you will contribute to learner achievement, curriculum development and continuous improvement activities.

Both full-time and part-time applications are welcomed, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.

About You

You may be an existing educator with a teaching qualification or you may come from industry with an HNC or HND in an engineering discipline.

Whether you are an experienced lecturer or an engineering professional looking to move into education, we would be delighted to hear from you.
