• 6 surgery practice computerised with Dentally software•Specialising in Implants, Invisalign• 5-minute walk from Winnersh Train station, great buss links, stops almost outside the practice. not too far from the motorway. A3290, just off the M4 junction 10• Winnersh, Berkshire is a large suburban town near Reading and Wokingham. It's a good place for families and professionals, and has good transport links. Reading Showcase Cinema multiplex, Winnersh Garden Centre, The Pheasant pub, Winnersh Meadows country park, and Emm Brook and Loddon rivers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee the daily running of the practice, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
• Lead and support your team, nurturing a positive and collaborative workplace culture
• Maintain compliance with CQC and healthcare regulations
• Monitor and drive business performance including KPIs and targets
• Support patient engagement and satisfaction through excellent service
• Support with recruitment, onboarding, and training for practice staff
• Work closely with clinical teams to support exceptional standards of care

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Practice Manager (or similar leadership role in healthcare/dentistry)
• Strong understanding of CQC and healthcare compliance standards
• Confident leader with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage practice performance
• A team-focused, patient-first mindset
