Be Part of a Caring Team

N2S (Norwich and Norfolk Day Surgery Unit) is a well-regarded day procedure and minor surgery service in the heart of Norwich. We provide a consultant-led ophthalmology, hernia and hand surgery service. We are based in a busy GP surgery, St Stephens Gate Medical Practice.

We are looking for motivated Operating Department Practitioners and Scrub Nurses (who have anaesthetic training) to join the team as find ourselves getting busier providing a first-class service to our NHS patients.

The role will involve duties such as:

  • Pre-assessments
  • Scrubbing
  • Circulating
  • Admitting patients
  • Running clinics
  • Removal of sutures
  • Wound reviews
  • Discharging patients

We run a six day a week service which includes Ophthalmic, general and hand surgery. These are supported by clinics to all specialities and our team enjoy rotation through these disciplines.
