  • Being the first point of contact – Welcoming clients warmly, answering enquiries, and providing helpful, professional support whether in person, by phone, or online.
  • Supporting property sales – Coordinating viewings, updating listings, and helping ensure every property is marketed to its full potential.
  • Keeping things running smoothly – Managing admin tasks such as updating our property case management system, producing sales materials, and liaising with third parties to keep everything on track.
  • Great communication – Working closely with estate agents, solicitors, and other colleagues to deliver a seamless service and a great client experience.
  • Being part of a brilliant team – Playing a key role in one of our busiest teams and helping clients make one of the most important decisions of their lives.

  • An interest in property and supporting clients on their journey
  • A positive attitude and a warm friendly approach
  • Good time management and organisational skills

Hours
