About Bill
Bill Richards is the Managing Director of Indeed in the UK and Ireland. Bill is tasked with driving strategy for the business, helping clients source and attract job seekers and enjoys opening meaningful dialogue on how innovation can enhance the experience of engaging job seekers with leading employers. Bill has led UK/IE since 2013 and under his leadership has built a team in both London and Dublin who—together—have forged Indeed’s most significant market outside the US and Japan.
Bill joined Indeed following seven years at eFinancialCareers where he led the French and Benelux markets in the investment banking and financial services’ industry, having previously spent 3 years both at Thomson Reuters in London and the SThree group in Brussels, as a recruiter himself. Bill is a French and Spanish graduate with an MBA from Oxford Brookes University. He lives in rural Hertfordshire with his wife, three children and too many animals.
