No pay raise

Not appreciated and very low pay.There are clients who expects you to be like AI and translate instantlyI enjoy the flexibility at work and learning new things every day which comes as I workPeople do not get a raise and there are no bonuses to stimulate or motivate employees...Show more

good experience but bad pay

Great for experience as dealing with a wide range of phone calls from different professionals (surgeries, hospitals, CAB, social services, etc.) BUT totally underpaid for the amount of language skills and general knowledge you need to possess for this job.
