We have an exciting opportunity for an Imaging Administration Assistant to join our Imaging team based in Hemel Hempstead. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include to provide a comprehensive imaging administration service to medical staff in the imaging department and other clinical team members in strict accordance with the Data Protection Act and Company Confidentiality Guidelines, ensuring all work is processed in a timely, efficient way.

The successful candidate will be expected to work on a shift basis, working 37.5 hours per week over a 7 day rota during the hospital operating hours. The rota is not fixed, is subject to change in order to meet operational needs and will be required to work weekends and bank holidays in accordance with the rota.

About you

The ideal candidate will be educated to GSCE level to include English, have previous experience in healthcare administration, working to deadlines with excellent verbal, written communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
