Good pay, stressful work.

The pay is good, the management is supportive as they can possibly be and they have great benefits and team time but the training is based on values and ethos rather than what you need to be taught to service the calls, so each call is a rush of panic and anxiety trying to navigate the solution for the...Show more

Good benefits but workload can be stressful at times, micromanaging is also an issue and can feel like a call centre culture, hybrid working is good though
