Don’t believe all your promised !

Interview good causal and laid back.Basic training good Shadow shift first one made to feel unwanted and in the way. Didn’t get shown anything.2nd shadow shift better at least things got shown and explained. Working a mixture of double ups and singles. £11.00 an hour BUT NO petrol or travel time...Show more

Working as a care assistant or social care supporter, was made easy by good one to one training modules and online certificates.

Good easy access training scheme. The hours were a bit erratic and you have to work every other weekend, but, otherwise it is a good team effort most days of the week. Nobilis had one-to-one training and online easy accessible modules and multi -choice answers....Show more

It’s ok, but not the best.

I’ve worked with Nobils for a little while now and it’s a rollercoaster (not always a good one).
