Evolve is recruiting for an ambitious work-driven Business Systems Analyst to join a market-leading Ophthalmology organisation, who have an extensive product range and vast progression opportunities. As part of this role, you will manage and deliver numerous projects around business systems, as well as process improvements and developments on new and existing technology.

This is a full time position based remotely, with occasionally travel to head offices in Dublin and Surrey when required so a full UK driving licence and vehicle is required.

Ideal Requirements

• Must have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Familiarity with the full software project lifecycle.
• Experience of BI Tools desired (QLIK, Tableau)
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ideally have a Computer Science degree.
• Clear and confident communicator.

Role Responsibilities

• Designing IT solutions, modifying, enhancing, or adapting existing systems and integrating new features or improvements.
• Proactively identify further opportunities within the business systems framework for improvement.
• Identify risks associated with the end-to-end services around Business Systems and suggest solutions to mitigate said risks.
• Advise internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technologies.
• Support and ensure the improvement and development of systems, processes, and reports within the business, ensuring they are working to maximum efficiency with good financial controls.
• Developing dashboards and creating reports and supporting users with them.

The Ideal Person:

You will be degree educated and have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar Business Analyst Role with a comprehensive understanding of Business Systems and ERP implementation experience. It would be highly desirable if candidates had an understanding of MS Dynamics and ERP integration experience. Also, experience of building BI reports in an ERP environment would be of interest.

Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

As part of our strategy for the future, we are currently recuiting for a business systems analyst to support the central Systems and IT team in our continuous improvement projects. The successful candidate will champion the projects, an this is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for career development with an opportunity to work with the Pexion Group Systems and IT team across 17 different manufacturing sites.

The initial project will be to support the implementation of a new MRP system at Nitronica and the successful candidate will be working on recoding and reclassification of our current MRP information using a standard set of product, saccount and analysis codes in line with the Electronics Division of the Pexion Group. They will assist with supporting, implementing and delivering the project with guidance from the project lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and prepare the current systems at Nitronica for the new MRP system integration
• Re-coding and reclassifcation of master spreadsheets in preparation for the implementation
• Liaise with the relevant internal and external stakeholders throughout the project
• Support the central systems & IT team to ensure smooth implementation of new MRP system
• Provide guidance and training to the business stakeholders for the new MRP system
• Analyse, develop and implement the standardised business processes across the Group
• Work with different stakeholders to re-design business processes throughout the Group.

Person Specification

Essential Criteria

• 3rd level qualification in IT/Business related field
• Experience in driving business processes and systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• I.T. literate and capable of learning new systems
• Detail oriented, with strong attention to detail
• Confident with large volumes of information and competent with analysing information from multiple sources to be able to piece together a situation
• Diligent in approach and consistently seeks to be striving for continuous improvement in systems and processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
• Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise in a constantly changing environment

Desirable Criteria
