The successful applicant will provide a full range of general radiology including CT, MRI, plain film and ultrasound. Fluoroscopy and non-vascular intervention sessions are potentially available. Participation in team meetings is also expected. We would welcome applicants with sub-speciality interests particularly in thoracic and uroradiology. The postholder will be part of the registrar supported on-call for general radiology (currently 1 in 10.5). *Radiology Sonographer duties: *

• Conducting a range of prenatal scans from early pregnancy reassurance and dating scans, to *4D scans and *gender scans
• Producing high quality ultrasound images and videos

• Carrying out phlebotomy services for NIPT screening services (training will be provided)

Qualifications and Skills:

In order to be considered for this position, you must be an experienced Radiologist and *Obstetric/Gynaecology Sonographer with an expert understanding of Obstetric and Gynaecology Ultrasound practices and be registered with the HCPC, SoR, NMC or GMC or relevant local professional body.

The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a strong patient-centred approach. You must have at least 1 years’ experience working in Radiology as *a Sonographer, with available references.

Due to the requirements of this role, we are only able to accept applications from qualified and experienced Radiologist Sonographers with recent work history.
