Do Groundskeepers have different responsibilities in different industries?

Yes, they do. Groundskeepers’ duties and responsibilities vary depending on the company. Large companies with gardens and wide grounds usually require their Groundskeepers to do all the cleaning and maintenance work. The Groundskeeper reports to either the Facilities Manager or Head Gardener in large establishments. In small organisations, a Groundskeeper reports directly to the owners.

How can you make your Groundskeeper job description stand out?

Highlight the perks or benefits that come with the job, such as compensation for achieving targets, bonus, savings plans, healthcare, trips or team-building events. Benefits are often the real pull to a company if they are compelling, especially bonuses, as they can top up a salary significantly and are very attractive to potential applicants.
