Sales Manager education and training requirements
A successful applicant needs to have several years of experience in sales, often starting as sales representatives and growing into a managerial position. The ideal candidate should have a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. However, an aspiring Sales Manager must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, mathematics and statistics as a minimum. Computer, technology and media skills are also crucial for advertising and media sales. An A level in business and law is a plus, but not essential.
