An Estate Agent, or Real Estate Agent is a salesperson who helps individuals buy and sell real estate properties. Their duties include reviewing property listings, discussing the terms of sale and drafting contracts.

Estate Agent duties and responsibilities

Estate Agents assist clients with the rental, purchase or sale of industrial, commercial or residential property. There are no minimum education requirements for Estate Agents. However, many employers prefer candidates who have a degree or a higher education diploma in business, marketing or a related field.
