What does a Head Cashier do?
Head Cashiers play a vital role in many retail companies. They work with Store Managers and other Cashiers to provide excellent service to customers visiting the store. In addition, Head Cashiers prepare a schedule for all Cashiers and maintain a detailed awareness of every item’s location within the store. They also answer customer questions about products.
